Product Description

The finned armored heaters have been developed to satisfy the need of temperature controlled air or gas flows which is present in several industrial processes. They are also suitable to keep a closed ambient at a specified temperature. The are designed to be inserted into ventilation ducts or air conditioning plants and are directly flown by the process air or gas. They can also be installed directly inside the ambient to be heated since they are suitable to heat static air or gases. These heaters are finned to increase the heat exchange. However, if the heated fluid contains particles (which could clog the fins) these heaters cannot be used and smooth armored heaters shall be used in place. The heaters undergo dimensional and electrical controls all along the production phase, as required by the company quality control system for the industrial standard.

Notes:

1. When using, the terminal should be kept clean and dry, otherwise the insulation will be reduced and the short circuit will break down. Magnesium oxide is filled in the inner gap of the electric heating pipe. Magnesium oxide at the outlet of the electric heating pipe is easily contaminated by impurities and moisture. Therefore, attention should be paid to the state of the outlet of the electric heating pipe during operation to avoid leakage accident.
2. Voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage indicated on various electric heat pipes. 3. When the electric heat pipe is used for air heating, attention should be paid to the uniform arrangement of the electric heat pipe. The advantage of this is to ensure that the electric heat pipe has sufficient and uniform heat dissipation space, and to ensure the fluidity of air as far as possible, so as to improve the heating efficiency of the electric heat pipe.
